CompensationBase salary, plus profit sharing and bonuses. First full year total comp is typically around $75,000. We also offer a 401k match and an insurance stipend.

You'll manage freight day to day across dry van, sprinter/box truck, flatbed, and hotshot, coordinating with carriers and customers and solving problems as they come up. It's fast paced and hands on, and you'll have support from the team as you learn.
