LOGISTEED‑America, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Jackson, GA location. We’re seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented professional with outbound shipping experience who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with external and internal customers to ensure timely scheduled deliveries
- Process outbound shipments (BOLs, carrier paperwork, shipping labels)
- Enter, track & update orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Provide timely, professional customer service regarding order status & documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry & organize shipping documents
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on daily inbound/outbound flow
- Research & resolve customer questions from start to finish
- Keep work areas safe, clean & organized
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting & updates
⭐ What You Need to Succeed
✔️ Strong outbound shipping knowledge (BOL creation & shipping labels)
✔️ Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Excel programs
✔️ Ability to stay focused in a busy, distraction-heavy warehouse
✔️ WMS experience (preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented & able to multitask
✔️ Strong data entry accuracy
✔️ Prior warehouse/logistics experience encouraged
✔️ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
✔️ Must pass background check & drug screen
✔️ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
🏭 Work Environment & Requirements
📍 Role is on the warehouse floor (not office-based)
🌡️ Hot/cold conditions depending on season
🥾 Steel‑toe shoes required (not provided)
🕒 Standard schedule with occasional evening OT; weekend OT only when announced
