Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (10-hour shifts)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and supervise large teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while maintaining a positive and accountable team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead large warehouse teams to meet daily operational goals
- Oversee inventory management, accuracy, and control processes
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and productivity for assigned shifts
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members, including performance management
- Monitor and address operational issues proactively
- Collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven supervisory experience managing large teams
- Strong background in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management and control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- Lift driver / forklift certification or experience (strong plus)
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to work extended shifts and be on your feet for long periods
- Ability to operate or oversee material-handling equipment
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
