Logisolve is seeking a high-performing IT Project Manager with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of understanding complex business challenges and leading teams to successfully drive projects. This is a long-term consulting opportunity for our Medical Device client.

Key Qualifications:

• 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications,
• system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations.
• Ability to navigate the intricacies of a complex technology landscape, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple systems.
• Strong background in supporting commercial applications and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of release management, including all teams involved, and the ability to build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines dependencies, milestones, and execution steps.
• Ability to translate problem statements into well-defined tasks, map dependencies, and establish timelines to ensure seamless execution across multiple teams and systems.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex insights into effective action.
• Highly proactive in engaging with key stakeholders and gathering essential information to drive success.
• Ability to lead teams through discovery, execution, and planning of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Actively contribute to change management planning and launch execution, driving smooth adoption and operational success.
• Expertise in managing workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Windchill.

• Employee Agreements
• Support a team in replacing an out-of-support Access database with a contract management solution. This platform manages tracking the specific training and employee agreements required for regulation compliance with our sales teams. The solution has been identified; we are currently in the process of gaining consensus from our Legal and HR teams to move forward.
• Cardio Alfred
• Alfred is an AI chatbot that provides support for our customer service and marketing teams by answering questions about our Instructions For Use (IFUs) for our devices. This solution is currently in testing and then will be launched out to these teams in early 2026.
• Farastar Single Sign On (SSO) and Password Generation
• This effort is to replace an external SSO and password generation solution with an internal solution and relaunch the application through our BSC InTune.
• We are looking for a strong technology leader who can navigate complexity, align technology solutions with business needs, and drive initiatives across interconnected systems and teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to support and coordinate UAT activities, preferably in regulated environments.
• Experience partnering with business analysts, technical teams, and business partners in project delivery.
• Solid experience managing Agile ceremonies and sprint execution.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and traceability.
• Boston Scientific General – Access Limited to all Internal BSC Personnel.
• Excellent communicate on and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent, and highly accountable, with a passion for delivering compliant, quality
• product outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• PMP certification (or similar)
• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
