Required Skills:
- strong Backend Java Development
- Advanced Java / J2EE programming
- Strong Spring / Spring Boot experience
- Hands-on Microservices Architecture & Development
- Strong experience with Messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, or similar
- RESTful APIs and service integration
- Strong System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing & Debugging
- Experience with Enterprise Application Architecture
- Ability to work with complex business processes and system flows
- Experience implementing large-scale application projects
- Strong coding standards, code review, testing, and production implementation
- Experience working with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud environments is preferred
- Strong database/SQL experience preferred
