Required Qualifications
5 years of software development and systems integration experience.
Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
C# Python JavaScript / Node.js Java
Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications.
Strong SQL and database experience.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work directly with customers and lead technical discussions.
Experience mentoring or leading junior technical resources.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HaloITSM or HaloPSA.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
Experience with ETL, data migration, and data transformation projects.
Experience with monitoring and support of production integrations.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or ITIL frameworks.
