Worldwide Technologies and Communications Company is seeking multiple Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers for a short‑term, high‑impact contract supporting critical IT operations during a major event in Los Angeles County.
Role Overview:
As a NOC Engineer, you will monitor, diagnose, and resolve IT alerts and events in a fast‑paced environment. This assignment requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
Ideal Candidates Bring:
- Hands‑on experience in a NOC environment, with the ability to communicate clearly and escalate issues appropriately
- Strong diagnostic skills for daily IT alerts, events, and system issues
- Solid technical background across systems, networking, and hardware (routers, switches, etc.)
- Proficiency with AWS Cloud infrastructure and services
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, especially Cradlepoint NetCloud
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP (or equivalent experience)
- Previous election‑support experience — highly desirable and prioritized
