Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Closer who can identify, engage, and close high-ticket B2B deals in the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to earn significantly through commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Pitch AI, ERP, and custom software solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead to close)
- Collaborate with internal tech team for proposals and delivery alignment
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years experience in B2B sales (SaaS / IT Services / AI preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals ($5K ticket size)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Experience working with US clients is a big plus
Compensation Structure:
- High commission per closed deal (10%–20%)
