Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional
Location: Irving, TX
Must Have experience with FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)
Support the People Analytics and HR Reporting teams by providing technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
3–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in FDI development.
Strong expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and REST/SOAP web services.
Solid understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent modules in Oracle HCM.
Proven ability to work with large datasets, optimize queries, and ensure data accuracy.
Experience with integration tools (e.g., OIC – Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus
