Logicool Air Solutions - Shop Manager (Warehouse/Operations)

Logicool Air Solutions is seeking a high-performing Shop Manager to take full ownership of our shop operations. This is a high-level role responsible for keeping our warehouse, yard, inventory, fleet readiness, and job staging running with precision—while overseeing full-time and seasonal shop employees.

Compensation (Hourly)

• This role is designed for a leader who keeps the operation tight and the field teams productive.
• $18–$23 per hour (based on experience and performance).

What Makes This a High-Level Role

As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring:

• Jobs are pulled, staged, and ready ahead of time.
• Techs and installers don’t get delayed due to missing materials.
• Inventory is controlled and replenished properly.
• Fleet readiness is monitored and maintained.
• The shop, yard, and grounds stay clean and professional.
• Infiniguard application/oversight is executed correctly and consistently.
  
  

This is a role that directly affects install efficiency, service performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all scheduled jobs have materials, parts, and equipment staged no less than 24–48 hours prior to start.
• Fulfill all truck stock/restock requests within 24 hours.
• Manage inventory control, replenishment, counts, and organization.
• Oversee purchasing and vendor accountability (shortages, defects, wrong orders).
• Process warranty exchanges properly to protect company reimbursement.
• Receive deliveries, label equipment by job name/number, and stage in correct areas.
• Coordinate daily with Installation Manager, Service Manager, and CSRs to keep field teams moving.
• Maintain shop/yard cleanliness (trash, debris, weeds, scrap, etc.).
• Oversee fleet readiness:
• Daily visual inspections.
• Bi-weekly in-depth inspections.
• Schedule maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Maintain equipment tracking/listing documentation.
• Oversee and manage Infiniguard application and oversight.
• Train shop staff on standards, enforce procedures, and maintain accountability.
• Lock up shop/yard and protect assets at end of day.
  

Schedule

• Full-time.
• 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Some overtime as needed.
• Some weekends as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven warehouse/shop management or operations leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean background.
• Drug free.
• Ability to lead others and enforce standards without constant supervision.
• Willingness to travel to Miami for Infiniguard training and travel as needed for oversight.
