Role Description
As a Senior Change Activation Lead, you will be responsible for guiding organizations through significant changes by implementing strategies that facilitate technology adoption and streamline business processes. You will work on designing and executing change management plans, leading cross-functional teams, providing expert counsel in change readiness assessments, and driving communication and training initiatives. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with flexibility for remote work as required.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Change Management and Change Activation, including strategy development and execution.
- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills, with a focus on managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Training Program Development and Facilitation for successful technology adoption.
- Proficiency in Business Process Analysis and Integration methodologies.
- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with automation tools, AI systems, and integration platforms preferred.
- Certifications such as PROSCI or PMP and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field are a plus.
