Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Acting as the true face of the firm, the Workplace Location Services Analyst will create an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on security and customer service. Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location/across multiple locations. May include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, reception, floor support & other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Daily oversight of contractors to ensure proper supervision, quality control, and adherence to standards.
Requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
Provides enhanced collaboration and client engagement, build relationships with client team through local engagement activities and internal team requests.
Authority (Power to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service

Experience working in hospitality setting

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
