Logic LC is hiring four full-time Verkada Deployment & Support Specialists to join our growing team at our headquarters in Essington, Pennsylvania.

This position will help prepare, program, test, and document Verkada equipment before it is deployed to customer locations. You will also provide technical support to Logic LC employees, subcontractors, customers, and outside installation partners while projects are being installed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in security systems, low-voltage technology, networking, IT support, or field-service coordination. Previous Verkada experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidates.

• Review project scopes, floor plans, equipment lists, and installation requirements.
• Receive, organize, inventory, and prepare equipment for upcoming projects.
• Record model numbers, serial numbers, MAC addresses, and assigned device locations.
• Claim, program, update, configure, and test Verkada devices before deployment.
• Assign devices to the correct customer organization, site, building, and location.
• Configure cameras, access control, alarms, sensors, intercoms, gateways, and viewing stations.
• Prepare complete installation kits and verify that all required equipment, accessories, licenses, and materials are included.
• Label equipment and organize shipments for efficient field installation.
• Provide remote technical support to internal technicians and outside installation partners.
• Assist with device activation, network connectivity, troubleshooting, and system testing.
• Communicate with customer IT teams about internet, PoE, switches, VLANs, firewall settings, and related network requirements.
• Review installation photos, testing results, and project closeout documentation.
• Maintain accurate project notes and device records.
• Escalate equipment, network, licensing, or installation issues when necessary.
• Assist with customer training and final system handoff.
• Provide post-installation support and help resolve outstanding project issues.

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile applications, and cloud-based software.
• Basic understanding of IP networks, internet connectivity, PoE, switches, and structured cabling.
• Ability to read floor plans, project scopes, and equipment lists.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to professionally support customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work full-time at Logic LC’s Essington headquarters.

• Verkada products or Verkada Command.
• Video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, or intercom systems.
• Low-voltage installation or structured cabling.
• IT, networking, technical support, or help-desk operations.
• Staging and programming equipment before deployment.
• Supporting technicians during multi-location installations.
• Microsoft 365, Teams, CompanyCam, SiteOwl, or similar systems.

Logic LC will provide training on our project standards, systems, and Verkada product portfolio. Employees will be expected to complete applicable Verkada certifications and continue their training as new products and features are introduced.
