- 3 years of experience in account development, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably supporting community-based programs.
- Working knowledge of the public transportation industry is preferred.

Logic Staffing is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team!
Job Description
- Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing community outreach and engagement events.
- Represent the company at community events, fairs, presentations, and other outreach activities.
- Provide information on company services and programs, including fixed route bus service, ORCA programs, rideshare, and other agency initiatives.
- Support event logistics, including set-up and tear-down of outreach booths and transportation of materials.
- Coordinate with Community Development staff regarding event schedules, locations, and materials.
- Engage professionally with community members, employers, organizations, and internal staff.
- Perform related duties in support of Community Development programs and initiatives.
- Transport supplies and materials, set up and tear down outreach booths, and travel to various community locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Basic computer skills and comfort with learning internal systems and tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
- Possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Familiarity with filing systems, recordkeeping standards, and general office procedures.
- Comfortable engaging with the public and communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able and willing to work on-site and travel to locations throughout Pierce County.
