Position: Warehouse Distribution Associate
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay: $17.50 to $18.50/hour (Depending on experience)
Experience: Warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with heavy lifting and in the food service industry.
Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Start time between 6am to 8am (Ability to work overtime on the weekends as needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets manually or using equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Sort, label, and move products to designated storage areas.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
- Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
