Logic Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Interview potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications
• Maintain accurate records and notes in a CRM or similar system
• Perform high-volume outreach aligned with sales and recruitment goals
• Deliver persuasive pitches and proposals to present our services as ideal solutions
• Manage post-close tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams
• Assess the quality of leads and prospects based on set criteria
• Qualifying leads to ensure alignment with our standards
• Build trust and inspire confidence throughout the process
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms
• Driven and persistent in achieving goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Skilled in managing time and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
