Department Lead

Position: Department Lead

Location: Greer, SC

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: At least 2 years of logistics experience; prior Warehouse Management System experience; leadership experience required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (occasional overtime and weekends)

Job Description:

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and support warehouse team members during high-volume operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Perform quality checks and spot audits to maintain accuracy.
• Communicate operational updates and issues to management and customers.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of team members.
• Adjust labor or resources as needed to meet production demands.
• Report delays, errors, or performance challenges promptly.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
