Job Description:
- Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and support warehouse team members during high-volume operations.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Perform quality checks and spot audits to maintain accuracy.
- Communicate operational updates and issues to management and customers.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of team members.
- Adjust labor or resources as needed to meet production demands.
- Report delays, errors, or performance challenges promptly.
- Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours a day.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
