Logdotzip Studios, Inc. is a network of Youtube channels that primarily upload video game content. Located in the Austin area, Logdotzip's main channel has amassed over 8.2 million subscribers and uploads content daily. We're a family friendly production company in need of a new video editor. **To be considered for this position a "Video Editing Reel' is required**
What you'll do:
If given this position you will take on most, if not all of the edits for one of our channels. This channel uploads an average of 5 to 7 videos a week, each 10-20 minute videos in length, and these edits will be expected to take 2-4 hours per video. We work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines so a sense of urgency is a must.
This is a full-time/contractual position.
Responsibilities:
-Import and export large video files to and from our in house server.
-Edit high quality content in the channels specific style in a timely manner.
-Import and request assets needed to complete certain videos.
-Keep an organized log of assets and files needed for videos.
-Be able to implement creative notes and suggestions.
-Review and export final videos without errors.
-Meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications:
-Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro
-Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects
-Moderate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
-Moderate knowledge of Windows 10 OS
-Know how to export multiple file types
-Ability to learn on the job
-Knowledge of Minecraft a plus
