- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to encourage upselling and increase sales
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-merchandised to attract shoppers
- Conduct retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management to support daily operations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of store products to answer customer questions confidently and promote relevant items
- Use effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math calculations for accurate transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform stocking duties efficiently
