The Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a temporary Part-Time Receptionist to work out of our downtown Tempe office.
What We Offer:
- Compensation - This position is paid on an hourly basis at a rate of $21.00 per hour.
- Benefits - Temporary staff members are eligible for paid sick leave and 8 paid holidays.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- General front-desk clerical tasks including answering phones and greeting visitors; maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies; sending and receiving mail and deliveries using USPS, FedEx, and UPS systems
- Validating guest parking tickets
- Assist with the mail daily, opening, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate departments
- Maintain mileage logs for company vehicles, assist with basic vehicle documentation, enter mileage in Vantagepoint
- Assist with additional administrative or project tasks as needed, depending on workload availability
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma
- 1 years of general office or administrative experience
- Ability to work in office 4 days per week from approximately 8am-12pm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a positive team-oriented setting
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
