Experienced Line Cook
Logan's Table in Leominster, MA is looking for an experienced line cook to join our team. We are a busy, 85-90% scratch kitchen. We are located on 16 Central St. in Leominster, Ma. Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, squared away for service.
- Chop, cut, and slice vegetables, prepare sauces, prepare proteins.
- Prep work and cleaning during down time.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff to the specification of the chef.
- Clean up station using proper sanitation techniques and take care of leftover food items.
- Work with all staff in a professional and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Commercial kitchen cooking experience.
- Sauté, grill, broiler, oven, salad, experience preferred.
- Neapolitan Pizza making skills a plus.
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong knife skills.
- Able to read and write legibly.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Clean, hygienical, professional appearance.
- Serv-Safe certification a plus.
- Reliable Transportation to and from work is a must.
