Affordable Regional Manager (California & Colorado)
📍 Multi-State Travel Required | Logan Property Management (LPM)
Join Logan Property Management (LPM) as an Affordable Regional Manager and play a key leadership role supporting a diverse portfolio of senior and multifamily affordable housing communities across California and Colorado.
This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in compliance-driven environments and has deep experience in affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD, Section 42, and Project-Based Section 8.
What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead property teams, drive performance, and ensure full compliance across your portfolio.
- Lead and support onsite teams across multiple properties
- Oversee property performance including occupancy, delinquency, and compliance scores (MOR, TCAC, REAC)
- Train, mentor, and develop Property Managers and site teams
- Partner with HR on performance management, coaching, and employee relations
- Conduct annual reviews and provide compensation and performance recommendations
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations
- Prepare for and participate in property inspections (including REAC/NSPIRE)
- Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies (HUD, TCAC, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory updates and implement policy/process improvements
- Provide consistent reporting and updates to corporate leadership
- Support special projects and operational improvements across the portfolio

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Qualifications
- 5 years of Regional Manager experience (Required)
- 10 years in Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 42, Project-Based Section 8) (Required)
- Experience managing 1000 units (Required)
- Experience with NSPIRE and/or HUD/Tax Credit certifications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
