Join Logan Health Chester for a high-impact seasonal assignment supporting our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, Emergency Department and18-bed Assisted Living facility, which serves communities across Montana’s Hi-Line. We provide 24/7 emergency care and are designated as a trauma receiving facility by the State of Montana. Our team delivers a wide range of services including colonoscopies, echocardiograms, physical and occupational therapy, and full lab and radiology offerings like MRI, CT, ultrasound, DEXA scans, and mammograms. Seasonal Compensation: Full-time work schedule required for at least 13 weeks 15% seasonal premium on base pay $2,000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment Eligible for 401(k) What You'll Do In this seasonal role, you’ll perform direct patient care in accordance with Logan Health standards and Montana LPN scope of practice. Duties include: Performing focused patient assessments Administering medications and treatments Monitoring and reporting changes in condition Maintaining accurate, timely documentation Collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams Ensuring equipment and resources are used safely and efficiently What You’ll Bring Current Montana LPN license Current BLS/CPR certification Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Professionalism, confidentiality, and a team-first mindset Comfort with technology and ability to adapt to new systems Why Logan Health Chester? Shift: Variable - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
