About the Venue: Logan Arcade is a 21 arcade and bar located in Logan Square.
The Role: We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our door staff team.
Responsibilities
- Card guests and enforce our 21 door policy
- Manage entry flow
- Monitor capacity and coordinate with bar staff
- De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
- Bus glasses and trash in the bar and throughout the arcade
- Keep the entrance area clean and organized throughout your shift
- Assist bartenders with dish washing and stocking throughout shift when necessary
- Assist bar staff with closing duties
Schedule: 2 shifts per week, with the ability to pick up additional shifts. Must be available nights and weekends
Compensation $18/hr tips
What We're Looking For
- Prior bar/tavern/venue door, security, or crowd management experience preferred
- BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Cool under pressure with strong people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Friendly and attentive
- Must be over the age of 21
