The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, has a strong sales background, a professional appearance, can communicate with customers effectively, strong attention to detail, and has demonstrated HVAC selling success. Ability to earn up to $250k per year in addition to monthly/quarterly bonuses. Comprehensive HVAC training provided if needed. Job Requirements:
- In-home sales experience
- Demonstrated success in a sales role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to manage own time
- Adhere to business ethics codes
- Relationship and network-building skills
Experience Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Product Knowledge in Trane, Rheem, and Mitsubishi
