The Big Task
As an HVAC Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering reliable solutions and a professional, customer-focused experience in every home.
Key Sub Tasks
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems in accordance with company standards
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly to customers with honesty and professionalism
- Safely operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols, participate in paid training, and stay current on HVAC best practices
