Job Summary
As Dishwasher, you are a vital member of our culinary team, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and safely. You’ll keep cookware, utensils, and dishware spotless and ready for service, maintaining a clean, efficient workspace that supports every aspect of the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen wares to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized dish area and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Handle glassware, china, and utensils carefully to minimize breakage.
- Take out trash, break down boxes, and maintain cleanliness of waste and recycling areas.
- Support the kitchen team with additional cleaning and prep duties as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong sense of teamwork and respect for others.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- No prior experience necessary. Training is provided.
