Experienced Client Service Associate wanted for Wealth Management Firm in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Client Service Associate, you will be a cornerstone of our client interactions, responsible for performing a variety of service transactions and client engagement, including for example preparing for client meetings and handling follow-up projects, processing account applications, handling asset movement including transfers, journals, ACATs, ACHs, and wires, and managing client correspondence. You will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and ensuring a seamless client experience. Your resourcefulness, efficiency, and detail-oriented skills will be valuable assets. What you will do:
- Support our Financial Advisors.
- Perform daily administrative duties.
- Prepare and maintain client files and profiles.
- Proactively perform surveillance of client accounts.
- Manage client review and meeting preparation.
- Review notes from all client meetings, gather data and prepare forms, illustrations, quotes and any additional reports needed for meetings.
- Supervise alternative investments and annuity implementation and maintenance.
- Review advisor alerts.
- Prepare insurance quotes, applications, underwriting and insurance reviews.
- Communicate with target audience and manage client relations.
- Perform RMD calculations, facilitate distributions on behalf of clients, and provide thorough documentation of work performed.
- Review and manage notifications.
- Process data and capture and maintain current information in our client tracking systems.
- Participate in Special Projects as they arise.
What you bring:
- At least two years’ experience in financial services and with broker/dealer operations.
- Strong ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients and team management.
- Be a team player.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
