We are seeking a
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
who will play a key role in supporting our sales team, strengthening dealer partnerships, and leading the execution of impactful events and trade shows that set Loftness apart in the marketplace.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional marketing role, the position will serve as the central connection point between our sales team, dealer network, and brand presence — ensuring that both our internal team and external partners have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.
You'll work closely with the sales team and dealers to expand Loftness' visibility, enhance dealer-led promotional efforts, coordinate dealer events, and lead our growing trade show program. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator — a trusted partner who can turn ideas into action and deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, quickly responding to requests for materials, information, and assistance.
Develop, manage, and distribute enablement tools such as product sheets, presentations, videos, and training materials.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals and growth targets.
Support new product launches with coordinated materials, campaigns, and dealer communications.
Dealer Network Collaboration
Build strong, collaborative relationships with dealers and act as a trusted partner for brand and promotional support.
Work with dealers to enhance Loftness' visibility in their markets and strengthen their own outreach efforts through co-branded materials, programs, and promotions.
Assist with in-store displays, digital content, and localized initiatives to support sales growth.
Plan and support dealer-hosted events, open houses, training sessions, and other engagement opportunities.
Help develop programs that increase dealer engagement, loyalty, and performance.
Trade Shows & Events
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Loftness' presence at 12 trade shows annually, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and engagement activities.
Drive Loftness' impact at events through creative displays, interactive experiences, and compelling brand storytelling.
Coordinate pre-show and post-show efforts, including lead generation, follow-up, and outreach.
Support field initiatives beyond trade shows, such as product demonstrations, regional events, and customer field days.
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational ability, with a proven track record of keeping multiple initiatives, timelines, and details aligned while managing competing priorities.
Proven experience serving as a dependable, go-to support resource for sales teams, dealers, and internal partners by keeping work organized, coordinated, and moving forward.
Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and follow up consistently without needing constant oversight.
Strong communication skills with the flexibility to adapt style and approach based on audience and situation — from detailed written updates to quick calls or concise text messages.
Comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and communication preferences while remaining patient, solutions-focused, and focused on completing the task at hand.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work from initial request through completion, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, progress is tracked, and deliverables are completed on time.
Experience coordinating events, trade shows, dealer programs, or field initiatives, with strong attention to logistics, sequencing of tasks, and execution details.
Ability to coordinate effectively with sales leadership, dealers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure expectations are clear and work stays on track.
Execution-focused mindset that prioritizes follow-through, accuracy, and team success over traditional sales or promotional activities.
3 years of experience in sales support, dealer relations, events, coordination, or a similar operational role; experience in B2B, manufacturing, or equipment industries preferred.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, dealer visits, and events.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
