Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document quality
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document management
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and organizing meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support financial recordkeeping
- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with general office procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
