You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic Store Leaders, Associates, and business partners.
- Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking, recruiting, selection, engagement, and training activities.
- Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient, Customer-focused environment.
- Motivate Associates to anticipate the Customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Identify business trends and opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution.
- Gain experience in merchandising through planning, executing, and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities.

- Be a current college junior, senior or recent college graduate
