Loft Property Management, the leader in multi-family housing in the area, is hiring an Experienced Painter. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a detail-oriented person to join a fast-growing firm in the Western Treasure Valley.
This is a Full-Time, Year-Round position. We need an experienced team member ready to work in the Ontario area.
You will have proven experience painting residential interiors and exteriors. You will have experience with drywall installation, finishing and repairs. Any other experience you have in construction would help. You must be organized and have a positive attitude. You must be honest, be reliable and take pride in your craft.
General Requirements:
- At least two years of experience painting residential or commercial properties
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Able diagnose problems and create smart solutions
- Must have current Driver's License
- Must have good references
- Able to reasonably speak and understand English
- Able to work efficiently
- Must have a confident attitude and good social skills
