What You’ll Do
As a Collections Specialist / Account Manager, you will:
- Monitor accounts and identify outstanding debts
- Investigate account history and follow up with clients
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments
- Encourage and arrange timely debt repayment
- Process payments and resolve billing issues
- Update account records and document collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required — we’ll train the right candidate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to stay professional and patient under pressure
- Comfortable working with goals and targets
- Basic knowledge of billing or collection techniques is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
- High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
