Job Title: Transportation Supervisor
Location: Des Moines, IA

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading people, and can confidently balance day-to-day transportation operations with problem-solving and team support. You’ll play a key role in keeping deliveries running efficiently while helping develop and support our driver team.
Pay: $65,000 - $70,000
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Start Time: 5 AM

What We’re Looking For
- Class A or B CDL license preferred
- 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the transportation team on daily operations
- Maintain and update truck maintenance records and tracking spreadsheets
- Monitor shuttle truck arrivals and departures
- Schedule pickups and coordinate transportation logistics
- Work directly with drivers on runbacks and route support
- Review and manage trip reports and transportation documentation
- Assist with driver onboarding and training
- Support hiring efforts for transportation team members
- Serve as backup support for routing operations when needed
- Step into delivery routes as operational needs arise
