What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Coordinator Supervisor position at Loffler Companies, Inc.?
Position Summary:
This position will oversee the Install Coordinator team, and Delivery Team throughout all branches. Responsible for scheduling deliveries, ensuring scheduling process is followed throughout the branches, and act as the main resource for multi-machine orders. This person will ensure service calls and schedules are sent out at appropriate times. The supervisor will maintain and streamline the process from production through scheduling training on all Imaging installs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee all the daily processes of customer deliveries and scheduling.
- The leader on large implementations for entire Installations Team.
- Attend monthly Installation Team meetings.
- Attend weekly production meetings for Headquarters.
- Track and report weekly and monthly activities.
- Be the resource for unforeseen circumstances throughout the day and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be sure to maintain seamless and strong communication with the Production Team and install scheduling.
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- In-office and travel to client sites as required.
- Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Team orientated.
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of PC, MAC, operating systems, software and networking.
- Strong knowledge e-Automate.
- Candidates must posses a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of minimum auto insurance coverage as required by state law.
Education/Experience:
- 3 years of industry experience in similar field or job duties.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Be sure team is maximizing resources streamlining processes and procedures.
- Weekly and Monthly metrics.
- Make certain lead times are being met for installations.
- Coordinate the Lead Delivery driver to visit branch sites for truck inspections.
- Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and enforcing the Employee Handbook as written.
