Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
- Must have excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the hotel as assigned, sweep/vacuum/mop floors, sweep/blow sidewalk, polish metals, clean doors, frames, signs and windows.
- Clean and restocks public restrooms, removes trash from all assigned areas indoor and outdoor. Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness in all public areas.
- Immediately reports maintenance deficiencies, damage, or loss to Housekeeping department.
- Properly uses and maintains the following equipment: carts, vacuums, extractors, burnishing/buffing machines, brooms, wet-vacuums, and upholstery cleaners.
- Other duties as assigned.
