- Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, turndown service, and public area upkeep
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Assign tasks and manage workload to meet operational needs
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members
- Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and brand standards
- Provide feedback and support career development opportunities
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, supplies, and performance metrics
- Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality required; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
