- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 2 years of food and beverage experience required; prior leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality operation is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage techniques, service standards, and sanitation regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Skilled in working efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
