MAIN PURPOSE:
To contribute to LOEWE’s commercial goals by achieving individual sales targets and delivering an exceptional client experience (60%), while supporting operational excellence and efficiency within the store environment (40%). The split may vary depending on business needs. The role combines client engagement, service, and results-driven performance with strong organisational and operational support, ensuring both front and back of house standards reflect LOEWE’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and inclusivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve individual sales targets, maximizing opportunities to support LOEWE in meeting its commercial goals while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Consistently meet sales KPIs by acquiring and retaining clients—measured through appointment revenue, client segmentation, V/VIC sales, and the Top Ten Bets program.
Collaborate closely with the Store Director to balance time effectively between client engagement and operational support (60% Sales / 40% Operations).
Maintain a consistent weekly operational cadence, including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations in partnership with the Store Director.
Support Client Advisors in the timely and accurate processing of send sale orders, consignments, and repairs, ensuring full compliance with LOEWE policies and procedures.
Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts, dedicating two weeks to preparation and reconciliation for each cycle.
Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures with a focus on excellence and precision.
Accurately process all POS transactions, ensuring proper wrapping, client data capture, and processing.
Protect company assets by following all loss prevention policies and procedures.
Maintain appropriate packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders, anticipating business needs.
