What we’re looking for:
The Warehouse Order Auditor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of outbound orders before shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements. This role also includes carton packing duties to maintain product integrity and optimize space utilization during shipping.
What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:
- Review and verify picked orders against system data utilizing carton pack to ensure accuracy of customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage, proper packaging and proper labeling.
- Report discrepancies or quality issues to the supervisor and assist in corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications.
- Pack products into cartons securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Select appropriate carton sizes and packing materials based on product type and order requirements.
- Weigh, label, and seal cartons accurately for shipment.
- Optimize carton space to reduce shipping costs while maintaining safety standards.
- Operate tape machines, box cutters, and other packing tools safely.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 years of related experience in auditing, inventory, or packing in a warehouse/distribution setting.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lifting/Carrying: Frequently required to lift, carry, push, or pull products, parts, and materials weighing up to 75 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance or material handling equipment.
- Standing/Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse while supervising operations, assisting team members, and handling materials.
- Climbing/Balance: Occasional climbing onto equipment platforms to access inventory or oversee warehouse activities; ability to maintain balance while handling materials.
- Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching: Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching to check inventory, assist with loading/unloading, and verify product placement.
- Reaching/Handling: Frequent reaching, grasping, and handling of boxes, pallets, equipment, and documentation; manual dexterity required for operating scanners, computers, and warehouse tools.
- Vision: Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus to read labels, verify counts, and monitor equipment.
- Hearing/Speaking: Ability to hear instructions, equipment sounds, and safety signals; must be able to communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and management in a noisy environment.
- Environmental Conditions: Work performed in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and moving equipment; may occasionally work outdoors during loading/unloading.
- PPE Use: Must be able to wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, etc.) as required.
