We're looking for an experienced manager who is ready to step into a leadership position to continue building a positive work environment and unforgettable customer experience. This is a working Bar Manager position, meaning you'll lead the team while regularly working behind the bar as well.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the bar team
- Work scheduled bar shifts solo, alongside staff & consistent weekly management shifts
- Maintain high standards for guest service and hospitality
- Oversee daily bar operations, opening and closing procedures
- Train all new hires
- Monitor inventory and liquor costs
- Curate drink menus (seasonal, specials, etc)
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of bar management or leadership experience
- Strong bartending skills and willingness to work regular bar shifts
- Proven ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory management, and cost control
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Current alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain one)
