What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Line Cook position at Lodging Host Hotel Corp.?
Lodging Host Hotel Corp is looking for Line Cooks to provide excellently prepared food to our Cambria Hotel & Conference Center - Northlake, TX guests. We have one bar and restaurant which provides a limited menu, as well as room service to hotel guests and food services for our meeting/event spaces when requested.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products on the line stations
- Maintain a clean work station
- Assist in the daily cleaning of the cooking line
Requirements for consideration:
- At least 1 year of previous experience in hotel kitchen or full-service restaurant.
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Food Handler Certification
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
