What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Server position at Lodging Host Hotel Corp.?
Lodging Host Hotel Corp is looking for part - and full-time Breakfast Servers to provide detail-oriented service to our Cambria Hotel & Conference Center - Northlake, TX guests. Our restaurant provides a limited menu, as well as room service to hotel guests and food services for our meeting/event space when requested. Shift start time is 5:00AM.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Greet customers with a welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders while paying close attention to guests' preferences and needs
- Provide excellent presentation of all food
- Work with kitchen staff to stock and maintain sufficient levels of inventory
- Perform clean-up services during and after guests' meals
- Assist in the daily cleaning of the front and back of house
Requirements for consideration:
- 1 year of previous serving experience in hotel or full-service restaurant.
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to obtain Food Handler certification
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
