Your role:
- Be the face of our hotel restaurant - warmly greet and assist arriving guests
- Uphold Marriott's hospitality standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
- Managing reservations and maintaining the waitlist.
- Seating guests according to table availability and server sections.
- Providing menus and informing guests of daily specials or promotions.
- Answering phone calls and taking reservations.
- Coordinating with servers and managers to ensure smooth table turnover.
- Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entrance area.
- Assisting with takeout orders or directing guests to the appropriate area, if applicable.
- Handling guest concerns professionally and notifying management when needed.
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
- Craft quality coffee and tea beverages.
