We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our Hotel/Extended Stay team. Duties
- Greet and assist guests and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage bookings and collections efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks including taking payments, reporting guest issues, and maintaining records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Follow and enforce company rules and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience as a hotel front desk or other form of front desk/receptionist is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
