Responsibilities

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and enthusiasm, ensuring swift resolution
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly
- Support guest relations efforts by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service in a hospitality-focused manner
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
