A Day in the Life
The e-Commerce Coordinator will work closely with the e-Commerce team to plan and execute all direct to consumer (DTC) related activities that pertain to Lodge's website and promotions. This person will manage cross-functional relationships and understand the DTC fulfillment functions of other e-commerce-related teams such as the Lodge Distribution Center, Consumer Customer Care, Brand Engagement, and outside marketing partners.

The ideal candidate is relatable, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for our brand, customer service, and digital technology. This candidate will have some formal or informal experience managing projects or processes, have a history of cross-functional collaboration, and the desire to provide the best user experience possible. The candidate will focus on teamwork while creating a positive work environment that embodies a drive for success and ownership of responsibilities. The e-Commerce Coordinator will practice continual process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Update and schedule product and other content on Lodge's website appropriately and timely.
• Assist with planning and coordination of campaigns and marketing efforts for DTC, including new product launches and promotional activities.
• Daily website review to identify and recommend site opportunities for a smooth user experience.
• Address site issues, link breaks, and content clean-up and act as liaison to agency support.
• Implement search engine optimizations (SEO).
• Implement UX changes as it pertains to search, content, and merchandising.
• Understand and monitor KPIs and metrics related to eCommerce success.
• Manage the setup of campaigns, promotions, and coupon codes.
• Communicate new product launches and promotion announcements to Customer Care, Distribution Center, and Marketing teams.
• Frontline troubleshooting for web-related issues reported by Customer Care or other internal departments.
• Review and proof promotional emails and content to assure they are optimized for e-commerce.
• Will work with Marketing Department on projects as needed.
• Any and all other job-related tasks as assigned.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-2 years' experience with e-commerce in a business setting.
• Formal or informal project or process management experience is a plus.

Summary Of Necessary Knowledge, Experience, And Skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent knowledge of e-commerce trends.
• Ability to manage projects or processes, paired with impeccable writing, spelling, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Digital and computer literacy – ability to work efficiently and effectively using a variety of programs. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Shopify, Insider, Attentive, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, Salesforce Service Cloud, Asana).
