Hourly Rate: $28.00 per hour

Bonus Structure: Eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on performance and revenue goals.
The Opportunity: High-Impact Growth
This role is designed as a high-impact, revenue-generating position with strong expectations around proactive sales activity and market presence. You will be responsible for driving all non-wedding group segments, including corporate, association, and tour business.
Your Role Expectations:

Proactive Outreach: Lead active prospecting efforts, including outbound sales and strategic outreach to generate new business.

Community Presence: Represent us at trade shows, mixers, and chamber events to build local and regional relationships.

Full-Cycle Service: Detail, service, and deliver group rooms and catering business while upselling additional services to maximize revenue.

Guest Advocacy: Achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction by developing deep relationships with clients and managing every event detail.

Flexibility & Travel: Ability to travel for events (including transporting materials) and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience: Required experience in Hotel Sales and/or Catering Sales.

Leadership: Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.

Education: College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Skills: Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Experience with Delphi.fdc is a major plus!
