Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain health standards.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring proper storage and usage of cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Assist with outdoor work related to property upkeep when necessary, including outdoor surface cleaning or debris removal.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and janitorial procedures.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely when needed.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients’ privacy and preferences.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling property exterior maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, disinfectants, and sanitation standards required for safe operation.
