What You’ll Do

As an Owner Operator / Lease Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and professionally operating a tractor-trailer combination while pulling a refrigerated trailer. You’ll represent LodeStar Transport Services LLC on the road and with our customers, so professionalism and communication matter.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating a tractor-trailer with refrigerated trailer
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintaining accurate logs through an ELD device
• Following all DOT, FMCSA, traffic, and safety regulations
• Communicating with dispatch regarding schedules, updates, and any delays
• Providing professional service to customers
• Managing equipment maintenance and repairs to keep your truck running strong

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced drivers who are dependable, professional, and ready to work.

Requirements include:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Experience operating tractor-trailer equipment (Minimum 2 years CDL experience)
• Refrigerated freight experience preferred
• Ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmission equipment
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service
